Why is X Not Showing on My Cap table?

Here are some of the common reasons why a transaction might not show on your cap table:
  • The issue date of this transaction is set to the future. If the date of the transaction is in the future, click the “show future” button.
  • It is a convertible note. The summary view of your cap table (pictured below) will not display a note holder until their note converts.


  • It wasn’t saved properly. When you enter information into your cap table, you must confirm it has been saved. If you navigate to a different screen or enter incomplete information, the issuance will not be saved.
