When your signature or approval is required for a document, Capshare will notify you by email and on your account.
The link in your email should land you on the page below. (If it doesn’t, click the “Complete Workflow” button on your home account page.)
Step 1. Click the orange button to review and then approve or reject the document. If there is additional documentation that does not require your signature, click the blue button to view those documents.
Step 2. When you’re ready to sign or reject the document, click the grey “Sign or Reject” button.
Step 3. Enter your name and click “Reject” or “Submit Signature.”
To sign/approve or reject multiple documents at a time, click the top check box in the far left column. Then click the “Actions” button.
