To access templates on Capshare, click into the Dashboard. Select “Workflow” and click “Templates.”
If you’d like to make a copy of a system template (or your own custom template) on Capshare, simply copy the source formatting of the original.
Step 1: Open the original and press the “source” button.
Step 2: Select all text and copy
Step 3: Create a new template (or select an existing template)
Step 4: Select the appropriate template type. Typically it should match the type you’re copying.
NOTE: You must select the “Certificate” type if you’d like to adjust the orientation.
Step 5: Press the “Source” button
Step 6: Paste html into source formatting
Step 7: Click “Source” again to be taken back to the main editor. Add mail-merge fields (called “tags”) and make any final adjustments to content or formatting.
Step 8: Don’t forget to press “save”!
