There are a few different reasons why people can’t log on to their accounts.
- The account needs to be verified. On the log in page, just below the sign on page, there is a link that says “Need confirmation email?” Click this link and enter the account email.
- If a red box pops up in the bottom left hand corner saying “Email not found” try making an account with the email.
- If the email is already active, but the password is forgotten, click “Forgot Password?” and follow the instructions
